Oxygen resistant lubricants. Oxygen anti-adhesive products

Lubricants TURMOXYGEN and TURMOTEMP are special products, color white to light beige. They were tested and approved by the BAM (German institute for material testing), Berlin.

Pressure impact limit depending on the product is from 40 bar/600^oC up to 290 bar/60^oC.

Before using TURMOXYGEN and TURMOTEMP products all places to use them should be cleaned by a special cleaner e.g. DISPENGERS=MC. Full lubricate efficiency can be provide only on clean, scoured surfaces.

TURMOXYGEN and TURMOTEMP can not be fixed with minerals and others synthetic lubricants.

In the following range of temperatures lubricants TURMOXYGEN and TURMOTEMP are completely not poisonous.

Special lubricants TURMOTEMP were designed to fulfill the following extreme conditions:

High thermal resistance
High pressure resistance
Excellent resistance to chemicals and organic degreaser
Excellent vacuum and radiation resistance

TURMOTEMP lubricant are the most thermal and chemical stable products. They are used where thermal or chemical conditions unable using traditional lubricants.

TURMOTEMP lubricant should not be fixed with other synthetic and mineral lubricants. Lubricated units should be clean and dry before using TURMOTEMP lubricant. Only then TURMOTEMP lubricant can work properly.

It is recommended to use a special cleaner DISPENGERS=MC.

Turmopast TF	- 24 + 160	3/spray		A dry lubricant spray containing PTFE which has a whitish, nearly colorless appearance. Resistant to high pressures, shows excellent adhesiveness, and is often used in 'lifetime lubrication' situations. PTFE spray is especially suited to the prevention of fretting corrosion and as a pre-treatment to improve the running-in of gears, camshafts and bearings. It is also suitable for dry lubrication in dusty atmospheres.

High affinity with metals and great thermo- oxidation stability is provided by a special foam complex ALN Lubcon. Grizzly Grease Nr 1	- 30 + 150	0	Grease for open cogged drives, which due to new technology means the end of the age of lubricants for cogged rings based on bituminous ingredients or on asphalt. Resistant to high temperatures, good anti corrosion properties and does not consist stable lubrication substances. Designed as lubricant for high loads open gears e.g. aggregate crusher. In contradistinction to greases for cogged rings based on asphalt Grizzly Grease may be recommended for ball bearings, rolling and sliding bearings.
GLK-Fluid 249 NLGI 00 plus	- 35 + 180	00	Synthetic gear fluid for high thermal and mechanical loads. Thick consistency is given by a lithium based thickener. Chemically resistant to aggressive media and water. Good cold starting up properties due to the oil viscosity and advantageous harden point. Especially suitable for lubrication small gears when immersing lubrication.
Turmogeargrease B 0	- 30 + 180	0	Semi-fluid, easily sprayable adhesive lubricant containing graphite; it does not drip off at high temperatures and does not sling off at high peripheral speeds. Easily pumpable at low temperatures, resistant to water, effective protection against wear. For large drives of cement or ball mills, rotary kilns with an open girth gear made by Krupp-Polysius, KHD, F.L.Smidth, Fuller, etc., and for sugar processing plants as well as wire ropes.

Turmopast TF	- 24 + 160	3/spray	A dry lubricant spray containing PTFE which has a whitish, nearly colorless appearance. PTFE spray is especially suited to the prevention of fretting corrosion and as a pre-treatment to improve the running-in of gears, camshafts and bearings. Turmopoloil HFC 46 hard flammable and ecological hydraulic fluid	Suitable all where hydraulic systems are exploited reach the inner source of the combustion it is recommended to apply to protect the staff and machines this hard flammable hydraulic fluid. Turmopoloil HFC 46 is free from nitrite and ethylene monoglicol, hard flammable hydraulic fluid, which is easy biodegradable and is not the threaten for water. While 45% of water is contained in Turmopoloil HFC, 46 provides optimal anti fire protection. This water contents create protective steam cover behind the flame and that's why reduces expanding of the fire. Eliminates also throwing fire effect.

Turmofluid BIO VG 32	Hydraulic and multi purpose oils based on synthetic esters. They only consist of components that are considered readily biodegradable. Turmofluid MB-ST 180	Cooling fluid according to DIN 51385/0.2.1., mixable with water, contains mineral oil. Appropriate applied and mixed to recommended concentration prevents against growth of bacterium and nipping off sulphur-hydrogen. Almost non foaming and that's why suitable for applying for treatment and grinding. Turmofluid MB-ST 180 may be used while treatment with all metals, also colored. Concentrate should be add firstly prepared water, not inversely.
Turmocut VG 150	Entirely synthetic cooling-lubrication oil for lubrication longitudinal and cross knifes while producing wavy cardboard. Good adhesion and lubrication properties. May be used in temperature range - 30 + 130^oC. Evaporates without leaving stains on the cardboard.
Turmogrease RAH	Cooling - lubrication solution for difficult in treatment materials ( while drilling, rolling, rifling, extension bores, chiseling, draught). Lengthens tools life, reduces their cracking, reduces time of treatment, improves the quality of treated surfaces. Turmogrease RAH may be, for better application, provided also diluted as Turmogrease RAK/10.
